black blazer & floral shirt

I wore this outfit last weekend, when we visited friends on a lovely sunny day. The weather was glorious over the weekend so was lucky enough to get by with just a floral shirt and light trousers. I also decided to wear my fav black blazer. I bought this blazer many years ago and this is a perfect transitional piece to wear over the dress or pair with black trousers or jeans.

Majorca diaries #3

On the last day we visited Palma, capital of Majorca. First thing on my list in Palma was Mallorca Cathedral, the second largest gothic Cathedral in the world and symbol of the city.
After that we went to the main shopping area (Passeig Des Born), some shopping had to be done as well :) It was quite easy to get around in Palma by foot, it’s smaller than I expected which is a good thing, I love to be able to explore cities by foot.

Majorca was great. I would definitely recommend going there when you’re looking for a beautiful island that is quite peaceful. We did a lot of relaxing and visiting little towns.

I'm wearing a super simple outfit here with basic dress and cut-out flat shoes.

Hopefully you've enjoyed seeing some lifestyle posts from my quick break. Let me know if you've also visited the Majorca

Majorca diaries #2

Day 2 was a gorgeous sunny day that started with the tour along the Fornalutx. It’s one of the prettiest village I’ve ever been too. There’s so much nature, and cute little houses up against mountains, fruits everywhere, and the atmosphere is so quiet and relaxed.
After an exploring Fornalutx we drove to see another piece of Majorca along the coastline to Sa Calobra. We took a mountain road to get there with lots of curves but it is an exciting trip, with plenty of beautiful sights to make picture or just to enjoy. When you reach the top after all this effort is the pebble beach of Sa Calobra which pokes out between two huge cliffs giving it the simply the most breathtaking position of any beach on Majorca
I knew that the day will be full of walking so I decided to keep it casual, with denim shorts, floral print shirt and urban outfitters cut-out flats. They are so comfortable to walk around in all day, but just look soooo good!

These shorts are so nice..they make the behind look just right, and they are lovely and so comfy.

Stunning view over the Sa Calobra

Cala Tuent (10 min drive from Sa Calobra)

It was as amazing as ever. The crystal clear waters, picturesque walled old town, some of the best fruits I’ve ever tasted.

Majorca diaries #1

So this is my first holiday post from Majorca, and I'm excited to share my experience so far.
On first day we decided visit Valldemossa and Cala Deia.
We spent half the day walking through and around Valldeomsa, where in 1838  Frederic Chopin resided with his lover George Sand, French writer. Valldemossa is a place filled with beauty and history. Narrow streets lined with bright flowers and traditional stone built houses.
Next we went to Cala Deia, gorgeous little beach with crystal clear water. I have to say it's one of my fav beaches which I ever seen. The stroll from the car-park area is pretty lovely to the sudden view as you arrive
The next best thing about the place is that not everyone seems to know about it, possibly because it is so badly signposted from Deia.

Beautiful view on the way to Valldemosa

I worn maxi skirt, which is so easy and comfortable for a sunny walk.
