IMATS, london 2014

So today I'm (finally) bringing you guys my photos from IMATS London 2014!

If you follow my Instagram, you probably saw lots of fun photos I posted from the imats.
I can’t believe it’s almost been a 3 weeks since IMATS London! It feels like it was just yesterday!  I had such an amazing time…
It was my first time at  IMATS. I always wanted to go, as every make-up artist would, to check out all the different brands on offer, to see the most amazing makeup artists and to learn from industry's legends.
It’s also wonderful to see the sheer creativity and the abilities MUA’s have to transform. I saw everything from 20’s inspired makeup,  to gnomes and monsters. They have a lot of focus on pro things like prosthetics, costume makeup and techniques.

IMATS has to be such an amazing experience for anyone who loves makeup - but remember it's a trade artist show not just a beauty hall, so it's really all about the amazing art pieces. Tickets are expensive so the most benefit you'll get out of it all is going to view the works, watch the shows and talks from pro artists and talk/network with brands and other MUAs. Go, get inspired, pick up some amazing bits and soak up the atmosphere of thousands of people also into makeup as much as you.

I  met so many amazing people- other bloggers, YouTubers, brands, etc. It was an awesome experience and totally worth it.

Visiting Hakuhodo, of course!

days in Brighton

Spontaneous plans are always the best....so we decided to visit Brighton for a kind of mini holiday.
Brighton was always on my wish list, especially heard is one of the most hip, happening and buzzing cities in the Uk.

Brighton is fab place with seaside charm, cute streets, sun and oh so much food.
When visiting Brighton, you can’t escape from Pier. And you shouldn’t. One amazing piece with all the latest video games, thrill rides and shops.

Bill’s on North Road.
The service, atmosphere and food soooooo good!

As the sun starts to set, head down to the beautiful seafront to see the sun setting .

"Snoopers Attic" is vintage heaven and a creative haven.

Brighton Marina

"Small Batch Coffee Company" is my favourite coffee place ever.
(photo on the right taken in Photo Booth at "Snooper's Paradise")

The Pier!

Definitely grab some freshly fried doughnuts from the front entrance, so good :)

Walk along the seafront and past all the pastel painted beach huts.
